Targets

I'd like to be able to make a recurring target. Or failing that some way to name Targets with the same name, i.e. "Weekly Target".

I'm gonna try to find way to make recurring targets. Targets with the same name, though, is something I can manage to do, so I'll roll that in the next release update (likely next week, as of 2015-03-26).
