I'm not sure exactly what this means. "4 minutes into a session" I'm productive? Or I'm better with "4-minute sessions?"
Also: "Your best performance was 23.13 words per minute in a ≈15 minutes countdown session..."
Should be: in a ~15-minute countdown session
dash and singular 'minute' no spaces.
